DISPATCH CUT-OFF TIMES
We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday. For in stock items we aim to dispatch the order on the same day that it is received up to 2pm GMT. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on Saturday, Sunday or UK national holidays.
If you are placing an order close to our cut-off time then please be especially careful with checking your order (both items being ordered and address details) before submitting it. We are very efficient at packing and dispatching orders close to the cut-off time.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES* / CUSTOMS
All orders are dispatched from our UK-based warehouse. All international orders shipped outside of the UK are sent with duties and taxes paid. The prices quoted on our website is what you will pay (plus any applicable shipping costs). International customers will not have to pay any import charges - we will handle payment of all import charges.
The typical delivery times listed above do not take into account any potential Customs clearance delays or when a parcel is held while the courier company is awaiting further information from the customer. Unfortunately, occasionally parcels will be delayed or held in Customs. We cannot accept any responsibility for any such delays.
If you request a change of address after the order has been dispatched this is chargeable at £9.00 by the courier.
PLEASE NOTE - We do not ship to every country. If we ship to your country you will be presented with delivery options during checkout. If this does not happen then please contact us letting us know what you would like to order and where you are located and we will see if we can assist.
TRACKING INFO
Once a parcel leaves our warehouse you can track it from your account or if you do not have an account with us there will be a link in your dispatch confirmation email which will take you to our website where you can view the tracking details. You may also receive updates via email and text message (if you provide your mobile number) depending upon the service.
QUESTIONS ABOUT PACKAGES IN TRANSIT
The delivery services we offer are usually timely and efficient. However occasionally delays can occur. Royal Mail 24 Tracked and 48 Tracked delivery aims are next working day and 2-3 working days respectively. These are delivery aims and are not guaranteed. If you're a UK customer and require a guaranteed delivery service please opt for Royal Mail Special Delivery when checking out.
All orders are trackable so you should be able to see exactly where it is. The only exception is for international orders where the parcel has left the UK but has not yet cleared customs in the destination country. The parcel will not be scanned until it has cleared customs. If you need to you can contact the delivery company for an update.
DELIVERY ISSUES
In your order dispatch confirmation email we kindly ask you to keep an eye on tracking details (where applicable) when your order has been dispatched since we cannot do so due the volume of orders we process.
If you were not able to accept delivery of an order a card should have been left for you with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or collect your parcel. You may also be contacted via email, telephone or text message. This may vary depending upon the country you are in.
If there is an error with your delivery address and your order has been dispatched then it is highly likely that your parcel will be returned to us. Delivery companies may also request further information before delivery can be made. Returned orders will be refunded less return shipping costs which will be incurred.
Once an order leaves our warehouse there is nothing we can do in terms of making address changes. You will need to re-order ensuring you enter the full delivery address information and when your original order comes back to us we will refund it (excluding any delivery costs paid).
CONTACT INFORMATION
Delivery companies may contact you or update you on the status of your delivery via email, telephone or text message.
Please consider providing your mobile telephone number when ordering. By providing this the delivery company may keep you updated via text message on the status of your delivery. They may also contact you in the event of a delivery issue. In the event of a delivery issue, failure to provide a mobile telephone number may cause a delay in delivery while we try to contact you via email.
PARCEL FORWARDING COMPANIES / PARCEL LOCKERS
We are more than happy for you to have your orders delivered to parcel forward companies and parcel lockers etc. However, when the parcel is delivered to the address provided it is no longer our responsibility. If the parcel forwarding company loses the parcel then you would need to make a claim with them for the loss. Of course if the parcel is lost in transit to the delivery address then that is our responsibility and we will always look after you.
Please make sure that you enter all the delivery information required by your parcel forwarding company such as any unique identification numbers when checking out. You will receive an email confirming your order and delivery details when you have successfully placed your order. Please check the details carefully as once your order has been dispatched we cannot make any changes.
The couriers we use (DPD and DHL) do not deliver to PO Box addresses. If you would like delivery to a PO Box address this can be facilitated within the UK via Royal Mail services and internationally via Registered Airmail (subject to additional security checks). Please contact us for further details.
